Business executive summaryIn this Weebly assignment I will focus on the business Dough and Bean. The main things I will focus on is the contact details, ownership, prime function, legal structure, industry sector, size of the business, history and growth and it’s mission statement. Dough and bean is a café type restaurant that opened up in 2014. It sells various products from milkshakes to pizzas depending on what the customer is feeling like. It is also known for its delicious Lebanese style food, which many people come and eat. The business has around 7 employees, which is spit between day and night. The unique thing about Dough and Bean is that it serves Lebanese food in the day and pizzas at night. The business is very successful in the sans souci location and has people coming from all of Sydney to try it’s food.

History and growth: Dough and bean started in July 2014. From the beginning the business was very successful due to Max knowing a lot of people who loved good coffee. As the months went by Dough and Bean grew a repretation for having really good coffee’s and pizzas. Towards the end of spring and into summer the amount of customers dough and bean has significantly increased and that mean more employees has to be employed. Through summer 2014/15 the business was constantly changing with new faces arriving and new ways in which the business could improve its sales.
Mission Statement: To provide people with a happy experience and to ensure everyone is connected as a family when coming into the store.
